Today would have been really nice if it hadn’t been for the rather cold and somewhat strong winds. The temperature rose to 10C (50F) and the sun shone all day but the wind, even here where the wind seldome reaches, made it feel like way colder.

Still I could have the kitchen door open almost all day but i did prefer to stay indoors most of the time. Normally I take a nap on the sofa but today we went up to the bed and I started a timer so I wouldn’t sleep for too long π π Still both Nova and I would have loved to stay there for much longer but two very over active dogs demanded that we too would go up and out to the sunshine π π

I watched the first show of The American Song Contest, they show it a few days later over here. Well what can I say, it’s much like ours but so much talking in between songs that one automatically starts to do something else or fall asleep π π π It is nice to know that the artists on the other side of the ocean can sing so out of tune as ours do too π π π So it’s not so bad but it felt, as we say here, a bit chewy, as slow as eating fudge if You know what I mean. Skip lot of the talking and it would be much better.

I’ve also paid some bills and done some laundry. Perhaps not the most exciting of days but pretty much perfect anyway π There were 11100 cranes at the lake yesterday and now the wall of sound can be heard here in the morning, cranes are anything but quiet birds π π I think I’ll have another cup of tea and I do have a SmΓ₯lΓ€ndsk cheese cake that is waiting for me but I think I’ll save that for tomorrow. I also have some strawberry jam that I’ll have with it. Some prefer other things, like whipped cream but I’m not a big fan of that so I have jam instead π

Have a great day!
Hi Christer
I saw one song from that. It was okay. I’m pleased that we can sing equally badly. π
My brain doesn’t want to sit through all that. It was supposed to be live so maybe that’s why they’re talking so much. Got to have time to change sets or whatever. But they should edit for rebroadcast. Why make the rest of the world suffer?
It started out nice this morning but went slowly downhill. Now it’s cloudy and cooler. Looks like rain again, too.
Have a great evening.

Hi Caryn!
Our Public Service channels doesn’t show commercials so that might have made it even slower. Anyway it’s much like ours to be honest. If I remember it I’ll watch next week as well.
We’ll have one or perhaps two more nice days and then it’ll get cold again, no rain predicted though and I don’t feel that’s especially bad π π
Have a great day!
Christer.
