There’s a smell of white pepper in my home :-)

  1. Hi Christer,
I’ve not heard of white pepper being used that way. Cayenne pepper, yes, though I never used it. Rocky and Piki Dog grew out of that stage once they were a year old or so. Good thing, too, as my budget couldn’t take replacing knitting needles and expensive wool in Rocky’s case and expensive visits to the emergency vet in Piki’s case. 🙄
Weather here has been not too bad. A bit on the cool side today and really nice yesterday. I think some storms are coming tomorrow and Wednesday and the dreaded s-word has been mentioned. I haven’t heard from my plow guy. Hope he’s still in business.
    Have a good day.

    1. Hi Caryn!

I have on the other hand never heard about cayenne pepper 🙂 I guess they work much the same though, hot on the tongue and white pepper make the dog sneeze as well. It seems though as Alma doesn’t mind the white pepper that much so I’ll try cayenne pepper too. The problem is that she’s so big now that she can reach anywhere I can 🙂 🙂 🙂 I do hope she grows out of it pretty soon too 🙂 🙂 So far though anything that has went in to her has also been passed out 🙂

It snowed some today, it actually looked quite pretty but all weather sites now says warmer weather towards the weekend, if they’re right about the temperatures the snow will soon be gone. Winter is still very young though so I’m pretty sure it will come back and be even worse.

      Have a great day!

  2. Christer,
I call Nala the destroyer of worlds. She has destroyed so much of my stuff. I hate to come home when I’ve been out for fear of what I’d find. When I’m home, I can always tell when she has stolen something. She runs right out the back door and into the yard. Today she tore up sheet music she stole from my bedroom. The other day she stole my Donald Duck doll. It is now a dog toy. She especially likes to tear apart boxes. Henry never takes anything.

You pictures today are winter bleak. They even look cold. If my morning were as cold as yours, I’d stay bundled up in bed.

    Take care!

    1. Hi Kat!

I wouldn’t go that far with Alma but she is the destroyer of my home 🙂 🙂 I’ve started to call her ADHD Alma 🙂 🙂 🙂

Alma show clearly that she has done something wrong with her ears. When she knows I won’t be happy about something she’s done her ears hang down when she looks at me 🙂 🙂 🙂
This morning I found Nova’s harness in the sofa, Alma had chewed on the plastic parts so now it can’t be used.

Well the dogs demands walks so out we walk and they would drive me insane if we didn’t take those walks, too much energy they need to get rid off 🙂 🙂

      Have a great day!
